Employment Type: Full Time Location: Baie d’Urfé, QC SUMMARY: Plan, coordinate and participate in activities related to Inventory control and Shipping and Receiving goods.

Ensure safe and efficient storage Establish and monitor operational procedures Address performance issues and resolve problems RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain the company’s material and finished goods inventory Ensure incoming product is received and managed appropriately according to company procedures Verify accuracy of shipments by counting, weighing and comparing description and code numbers with information on invoice, sales order, purchase order or packing slip (trucker signature required) Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged goods, record shortages and correspond with logistic and purchasing to rectify damages and shortages (trucker signature required) Inspect and verify conditions of incoming trucks/trailers and document it (trucker signature required) Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.

Perform cyclic stock check Check and adjust shop floor collection data Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job Ensure integrity of the stock management system Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.

Unload merchandise; verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates Affix shipping labels on packed goods Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications and regulations Contact resource people for various information Participate in taking inventory Maintain storage area, organize and place stock in locations Ensure area is secure at all times KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 3 – 5 Years experience Bilingual, French and English both written and spoken Knowledge of Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook Good organization skills Knowledge of shipping and receiving Lift operator licensed
