Create an agenda and organize customer visits; 2.

Updating information on business opportunities with existing clients.

(Sales, Operations, Finance, Planning)3.

Sales and operations planning meetings with management to review and discuss changes from previous months; 4.

Take charge ofquarterly review meetings (planning, resource coordination, reporting…)5.

Ensure compliance with the manufacturing service agreement; 6.

Customer interface with the elements related to the specifications; 7.

Strategic approval of current activity and quarterly pricing; 8.

Understand strategy for future quotes; 9.

Escalation of accounts receivable issues; 10.

Forecast management; 11.

Providing/communicating an overview of the situation (voice of the customer); 12.

Understandingcustomer challenges (internal and external); 13.

Participate in sales/marketing caucus; 14.

Presenting a customized offer proposal to the client Tailored to the client’s Value at Risk (VaR) and needs.15.

Onboarding of new clients; 16.

Develop a client relationship matrix to ensure communication at all levels; 17.

Track all activities (calls, meetings, notes etc…) of clients; 18.

Create and increase leads (opportunities for new and existing customers)19.

Participate in strategic sales discussions (increase knowledge of our technical services, market conditions, competition, trend promotions etc…)20.

Monthly internal review of accounts reassign accounts, deactivate / reactivate accordingly; 21.

Develop and update a business plan for each client; 22.

Review, update and participate in Matrix review; 23.

Plan and organize sales objectives and strategy.
