As a result our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Who are you?You are a highly experienced Asset management consultant who has a successful track record of maximising the assets of Infrastructure or Real Estate clients.Job DescriptionThe role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projectsfor high profile infrastructure managers across multiple sectors.The role will support the Associate Director, who heads up Asset Management for Canada.

The role provides an opportunity to lead a variety of Asset Management related projects including Asset Management capability assessment and development projects, Asset Management projects and training activities.As a Principal Consultant, You Will Be Involved InExperience of working in an infrastructure Asset Management organisation and knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers e.G.

asset information & asset risk.Experience of working in a consultancy organisation, and leading the delivery of consultancy projects, ideally in transport and/or utilities but other sectors considered.Develop and manage client relationshipsInitiate and close out territory sales opportunitiesDirect the delivery of territory training and consultancy projectsProduce territory management accounts and financial statementsManage and develop the territory consulting team in accordance with AMCL policies & strategiesEnsure financial, planning and management controls are effectiveDeliver a safe and healthy environment for staff and associates Ensure all legal and commercial responsibilities are dischargedQualificationsA minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on asset management A recognized relevant university degree in Engineering, Finance or ITMembership in relevant professional organizations is beneficial (Asset Management Certification)Proven network of contacts with corporate buyers of consultancy servicesStrong existing relationships within relevant sectorsFirst rate skills in the preparation of proposals and sales presentationsGood knowledge of business contracts and proven skills in contract negotiationDemonstrable evidence of raising sales performance and service standardsWide ranging knowledge of best practices in Asset ManagementBusiness case development and benefits realisation.An understanding of asset information and information governance approaches.DesirableUnderstanding of business architecture design,Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts, the Asset Management IT application and technology landscape and marketplace.Development and delivery of training courses.
