Position: Property Manager Location: Downtown Montreal Salary: Up to $100K per year (based on experience) Our client, a leader in the real estate field, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team as soon as possible Your responsibilities:
– Manage multiple sites
– Estimate building and renovation costs
– Work closely with suppliers, tenants, etc.
– Oversee construction sites / time management of projects
– Drafting reports and so much more Qualifications:
– Bilingualism (English / French)
– Must have a good business sense and an entrepreneurial spirit
– Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
– Strong decision maker
