The Logistec family is seeking a dynamic individual to support infrastructure projects (civil) and possibly in other fields (automation, etc.). This is an opportunity for the right person to demonstrate HIS SENSE OF ORGANIZATION. You will be responsible for ensuring that all of your tasks are carried out WITH ACCURACY and in a TIMELY MANNER.

Your new responsibilities:

  • Define the mandate, including the scope, timeline, budgetary allocation, requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, measurement indicators, risks, and limits of the project;
  • Take responsibility for projects including the planning, organizing, and coordination of activities;
  • Identify the resources required to achieve project deliverables;
  • Monitor the progress, costs and execution quality of mandates/projects;
  • Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with all stakeholders involved in the project;
  • Participate in assessments and preliminary analyses of projects;
  • Participate in the development of project management tools and processes;
  • Act as an agent of change at every stage of the project.

You have the right qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration or Engineering, or the equivalent;
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the field;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Ability to be autonomous and clearly determine tasks to be performed;
  • Motivated and results-orientated;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Multitasking-ability to progress and prioritize multiple tasks in projects of all sizes within various companies;
  • Ability to establish, manage and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to be innovative and creative in moving projects forward;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan;
  • Good understanding of project management tools (MS Project, etc.).
