The project manager is the common link between all project stakeholders, such as sponsors and managers, for project delivery.

The project manager’s understanding of the organizations and processes enables him/her to manage resources from BRP’s business sectors and external partners.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that the project is carried out in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization and / or business unit.

Develops the project plan and validates / refines the resource plans.

Performs contribution requests for all project contributors.

Ensures that the requested resources are approved and allocated to her/his project (s) and manages resource change requests, if applicable.

Ensures effective delivery of standard PMO deliverables.

Is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the delivery of the project, in line with the scope defined by the sponsor, as defined below, among others :
– Contribution to the update of the business case, the prerequisites and the project sheet.

– Management of scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, quality, issues, procurement and bottlenecks.

– Assignment of tasks.

– Management of project interdependencies.

– Validation of invoices from external suppliers.

– Preparation and presentation of status reports to the sponsor and the Steering Committee (s), and provides the information to the PMO.

– Presentation of the project in various committees.

– Preparation and presentation to the different gatings, for the phases transition.

– Coordination and support of the transition to operations (implementation, post-implementation, ).

– Respect for the processes in place: weekly status in the system, establishment of CRs for any changes to the project, respect of templates in place, Ensures the approval of all key deliverables and that project management methodology and framework of the PMO is applied.

Supervises all contributors assigned to the project (business analysts, application manager, integrator solutions architect, collaborators such as HR, communication, etc.) and approves timesheets.

Make decisions about the management and content of the project by consulting with key people on his team and other stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business administration, administrative data processing, computer engineering or any other related field Five to seven years of experience in project management Recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) an asset Good knowledge of functional and corporate business processes Experience working in matrix organizations Bilingual (English and French) YOUR SKILLS Leadership and influence: positively influences resources in achieving sector and organizational goals.

Please note that some travels to Valcourt will be necessary.
