Project Manager


This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted April 3, 2018.

The Project Manager is a key member of the content team. The Project Manager works under the supervision of the Content Production Director and is responsible for our US projects, including resources, schedule, budget and deliverables.

What you will be doing:

  • establish budgets and production schedules and ensure their follow-up;
  • keep other departments well informed and updated on the progression of the projects;
  • manage recruitment, training, coaching and monitoring work of contractors and / or resources of the production team;
  • manage billing of contractors and / or resources of the production team;
  • ensure the quality of the deliverables;
  • participate in the development of technical specifications for the creation and optimization of tools and features.

What you need:

  • 3-5 years experience in project management;
  • an interest in managing the production of awesome products;
  • a diploma in project management, multimedia production or any other relevant field;
  • excellent French and English, both written and oral skills;
  • organized and autonomous, able to plan and prioritize;
  • work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;
  • a critical and synthetic mind, editorial qualities and are meticulous;
  • strong interpersonal skills;
  • strong problem solving skills (an asset);knowledge of the field of education (an asset);
  • excellent knowledge of the Google suite, Adobe suite (an asset;
  • technical skills such as statistics, coding and mathematics (an asset).
