Job Description We have requirement for OCM with below job description.

Job description:
· Develop and implement change strategies to support the achievement of business project objectives.
· Apply Business change management methods and tools, support evolution of business processes
· Perform change management analysis (stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, assessment of change preparedness)
· Develop and implement strategies that promote engagement with and adoption of change
· Develop and coordinate the change management plan, including engagement, communication, organizational alignment, training, transition and change reinforcement activities
· Develop change project plans including deliverables, resource requirements, and timing
· Advise the managers involved in the changes
· Partner with training resource to develop training approach and support in the development of training materials
· Be an active and visible coach and resource for leaders and employees
· Create key metrics and manage measurement to track adoption, utilization, and effectiveness of change programs
· Develop mechanisms to recognize potential change risks or resistance and create plans to mitigate and resolve
· Work with various project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic initiative rollouts & project plans.

This would include supporting organizational, process, and technology strategic initiatives Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of experience or the equivalent required.

MBA preferred
· Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
· Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills required
· Strong influencing skills in order to be seen as a decision maker when interfacing across teams
· Must be driven and flexible to succeed in ambiguous and less structured situations.

Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty
· Effective skills for writing reports/proposals and creating/making presentations
· Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional groups during decision making
· Proficiency in French a plus spoken and written is added advantage.
