Job Description
An Enterprise Security Solution Architect (SA) in Accenture’s Security practice is responsible for defining solutions architecture for Managed Security Services and other offerings of Accenture Security. The SA is expected to analyze and translate client requirements and objectives and own the end-to-end solution development process to produce winning proposals and value proposition, at the right cost to the client.
This is a highly visible role for Accenture Security and the Solution Architect is to handle design, implementation and run support for security solutions including coordinating with OEM’s (Product vendors) to provide the right solution for each client. A security professional at this career level within Accenture has the following responsibilities –
Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsible for identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on deal pursuits, with minimal oversight.
Collaborates across the ecosystem to engage with the appropriate SMEs for solution inputs/ outputs as needed (OEM/product vendors, consulting/ transformation, delivery/ operations, pricing performance and proposal response etc.)
Leverage Accenture investments, assets, and accelerators to build cost effective and differentiated solution for customers.
Manages medium to large/ complex deal shaping activities at a client or within Accenture, including client workshops/ co-innovation, solution validation and due diligence/ contracting deliverables
Provides end-to-end solution business and use cases acts as a visionary and strategist for strategic partner solution, service, and/or portfolio.
Surveys market landscape for solutions and product insights, direction, vendors, and methods.
Works with technical writers to ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation.
Stakeholder management and interaction with senior leadership at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Accountable for executing strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to the team
Interface with Client stakeholders to showcase value for different solutions
Willingness to travel for client meetings, orals, negotiation workshops (as needed)
