Marketing Director

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted November 8, 2021.

our mission is to develop and implement a vision, a marketing strategy and the resulting plans while managing the marketing team in their activities (digital marketing, content marketing, web integration, SEO/SEM, etc.).

Main responsibilities Develop, execute and promote marketing plans for all projects, within the promotional budget and the company’s business strategy; Measure the impacts of the strategies used (and the projects that result from them), analyze them and recommend ways to improve them in order to maximize results; Identify new market and product opportunities; Stay up to date on new trends and marketing best practices in the industry; Ensure optimal brand positioning of the products developed by the organization on all platforms ; Define, develop and implement various promotional strategies to increase sales (lead generation and others); Develop strategies for optimizing the company’s web presence based, for example on lead generation, pay-per-click, SEO/SEM, social networks, etc.; Build and manage calendars for visibility and social media activities and prioritize them on time and on budget; Supervise the entire process for writing, creating, editing and translating sites to improve and develop all web components, including social media; Ensures visual style is maintained in accordance with company graphic standards and, where possible, assists in the writing and proofreading of promotional materials; Manage projects, internal or external, that are initiated by the marketing department and placed under its responsibility; Establish and monitor budgets for activities for which marketing is accountable; Participate / contribute to recruitment activities, hiring, integration and performance evaluation of resources in his team in close collaboration with the HR team; Ensures, as required, interaction with internal teams and external clients.

Desired profile Significant experience in a lead generation environment using a funnel and a CRM system; Significant experience in mobilizing multidisciplinary teams in order to achieve objectives and meet client expectations; Significant experience in the domain of enterprise applications, ERP systems and information technology for small and medium enterprises (SMEs); Asset – Familiarity with cloud computing, cloud computing service delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and how these services are deployed; Assets – Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, Microsoft partner management, Cloud Services Provider (CSP); Judgmental ability: the ability to perceive a situation correctly, reach relevant conclusions, or carry out an appropriate action or behavior; Curious, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, motivated and passionate about new technologies; Ability to deliver highly reliable results with good priority and time management; Ability to integrate easily and evolve in a dynamic and changing environment.
