Manager, Banner Operations

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 8, 2018.

Under the supervision of the Network Development Manager, the Banner Operations Manager is the main contact with partners and ensures the best possible support. His experience as a technical advisor in automotive parts distribution or B2B sales allows him to support, train and support new members in their development and operations. True ambassador of the brand and good practices, he is the pivot between the brand and the banners.

Identify opportunities and performance improvement points (KPIs) for banners and follow up with independent merchants;
Define the process, steps and tools to maintain an overview and accompanying follow-up of independent traders;
Establish operating standards (SOPs) and ensure their understanding with banners;
Coach and support banners in respect of the brand and operating practices ensuring a consistent customer experience;
Deploy business solutions to independent banners and merchants;
Follow up on the folders of the banners Perform top-level troubleshooting with banners for business solutions;
Ensure continuity of brand respect (image standards, renovations) with banner partners.

 

Technical background: Your college diploma as well as your experience as a technical adviser, internal sales or auto parts distribution for nearly 10 years in the automotive field have provided you with all the necessary knowledge to meet this new challenge.
Your B2B sales experience will also be a real asset.
