Be prepared to wear many hats, see many different industries, be challenged every-single-day in a fast-paced rewarding environment where individual effort matters, teamwork is celebrated, and technology makes customers safer and more successful.Your role and what you will do:Service our customers as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)Leverage a comprehensive understanding of ITRAK 365 and Microsoft’s Power Platform, and guide the client on platform and solution decisions to ensure successful outcomesUtilize a strong background in development and technical consulting with deep experience in Microsoft’s Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CEDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with our clients and align the value of ITRAK 365 and Microsoft’s Power Platform to their key business goalsBuild strong, long-term business relationships by consistently going above and beyond client expectationsStrive to solve client challenges with technology and processes and provide value at every interactionProvide coaching and mentoring to clients and internal team members as a technical member of the Professional Services teamConsult with our customers regarding technical implementationsResponsible for the install, setup, configurations, customizations and other technical tasks when delivering ITRAK 365 to new and existing clientsResponsible for discovering, scoping, designing, developing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform components which complement ITRAK 365 at new and existing clientsConduct or attend client meetings in person or over Teams, such as project kick-offs, requirements gathering sessions, training sessions, status updates, etcProvide solution analysis and configuration plans, aligning client-specific requirements with ITRAK 365 and Microsoft Power Platform functionality, providing exceptional client serviceCreate detailed client and technical documentation such as videos, design documentation, system documentation, training documentation, etc.Lead the transition of a client’s custom solution to the ITRAK 365 Support Team post-launch, making sure expectations are aligned and the transition is seamless for both the client and the Support TeamPerform product customizations, configurations and testing in ITRAK 365 and Microsoft’s Power Platform including but not limited to:ITRAK 365 setup and configurationDesign and develop solutions within the Power Platform using Power Apps Portals, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate FlowsITRAK 365 Process Flow (Form Types) building and configuringEnable and configure Microsoft Teams for ITRAK 365 integrationsMaster data exports and importsSecurity and User setup and customizationsSpecialized module configuration (Training/Certification, Competency, etc.)Setup, configure and deploy Azure Web AppsManage Dataverse Solution upgradesPerform quality assurance reviews on all work you do and work done by other members of the teamsConsult with clients on how to best perform additions and changes within the systemsWork with the Product team to debug product issues and design future ITRAK 365 product roadmap features and functionalitiesOngoing service to our customers ensuring long term successAssist team members when communicating with clients on various technical items, project deliverables, product questions and requests; exceptional communication skills are a mustDrive client adoption of ITRAK 365, as well as Microsoft’s Power PlatformTrain clients and internal team members on how to effectively use ITRAK 365 and Microsoft’s Power PlatformAs required, deliver webinars on various topics including ITRAK 365 how-to’s and new features, Microsoft Power Platform features and functions, and industry specific topicsConnect your clients with their peers in both the Microsoft and ITRAK 365 Customer ecosystems to share knowledge and best practices in client-to-client interactionsPerform regular client touchpoints to gauge client temperature and identify sales, growth and feature enhancement opportunitiesWork in coordination with the Sales Team on existing client opportunitiesParticipate as part of a project team ensuring high quality projectsParticipate in multiple ITRAK 365 implementations at once while paying strict attention to detailsCollaborate with internal resources to scope and deliver projects to maximize client and end user experiencesDevelop Statements of Work to meet client requirements, providing exceptional client serviceLead multiple technical projects at once while paying strict attention to detailsConduct technical project status meetings and provide regular status reporting to clients, including risk and deficiency logs for ongoing mitigationOwn and execute various key project management functions including resource management, internal/client reporting and project team communicationsSet clear project expectations and timelines required to deliver the outlined scope, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timelines can be metHow you can measure success:Your days will be filled with customers eager to get your timeYou will be constantly growing your business and technical expertiseYou will be challenged by your teammates to stretch and learnFind time to enjoy yourself and have fun while passionately helping our customersDrive growth and opportunity with peers focused on making a differenceTo apply, your background should include:Minimum of 5 years consulting experienceExtensive experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform and DataverseMinimum of 5 years experience with Dynamics 365 CE solutionsExperience developing Power Apps portalsExperience with developing Dynamics 365 CE pluginsExperience with C# & .NET using the Power PlatformC, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, LiquidPower Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE certificationsA general passion for technology and how it can enable efficiencies in companiesWillingness to travel for customer projects (post-COVID)Optional and nice to have:SSRS Experience is an assetWorking ability in SQLWorking ability with Azure Web App ServicesITRAK 365 is a company guided by our Core Values, to learn more visit https://itrak365.Com/about-us/core-values.These values steer every decision we make, from whom we hire, to which customers we engage, to how we manage difficult challenges.
