IT Project Manager

The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of software solutions as well as other operational activities from different business units.

 The incumbent must be able to assume several responsibilities and be able to work within the context of a small, qualified team. The project manager reports to the Director of Operations and will work with different groups such as IT architecture, IT security, IT solutions, support, operations, operations, sales, and suppliers and this within different countries.


  1. Knowledge of the project
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, plan out resources, budgets and status reports.
  1. Preparation of kick-off and documentation
  • Implement the plan and establish the timelines
  • Analyze the risks
  • Act as the single point of contact with the company’s customers during the development and implementation phases.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and follow-up with clients during project implementation.
  • Act as a single point of contact with all stakeholders of the Company and ensure that all business units follow the plan.
  1. Lead the internal/external kick-off of the project according to an established Framework
  • Establish the roles and responsibilities
  • Provide effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Communicate the status of projects.
  • Effectively closes projects.
  1. Project Management – Day-to-day
  • Organize and conduct governance meetings (status meetings, steering committees).
  • Generate team status reports (employees are active partners in the development of these)
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Handle all escalations and issues arising from projects
  • Continuously improve project management tools, processes, and documentation.
  • Work closely with product managers to set the IT team’s implementation priorities.
  • Prepare “hand-off” of the project to the support operations teams (eg Argentina, loyalty)
  • Ensure that projects are delivered according to plan.
  • Develop and manage the project schedule.
  • Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
  • Manage project budgets (forecasts, real).
  • Monitor the progress of the project


• Perfectly trilingual (French / English / Spanish) both oral and written
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of computer development
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multiple software implementations as a project manager.
• Good understanding of the development cycle, integration, and deliverables of IT projects.
• Mastery of project management tools.
• Experience working within the context of project delivery methods (Agile and Cascade).
• Strong experience in customer relations
• Excellent communication and vulgarization skills.


  • Project Management Professional (PMP Certification)
  • Experience in banking.


  • MS Office Suite: Excel (Advanced), Word (Intermediate) Outlook Exchange (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate)
  • Structured, rigorous with an excellent sense of organization
