Indoor Growing Canada is a major player in the online sale (eCommerce) of equipment and accessories for indoor growing (hydroponics and soil) in Canada.We give our customers the opportunity to grow their own fresh fruits, vegetables, plants and herbs indoors, all year round.ResponsibilitiesBuild, grow, and maintain positive business relationships with (B2B) customers and suppliers; Produce quotes and estimates, and respond to customer requests; Responds to technical questions from customers related to the use of all the products offered by the company via telephone calls & emailsIdentifies, researches, and provides support to customers on a variety of issues; Recommends customers on the right products for their needs; Makes follow-upcalls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business; Provide customer service, order tracking, shipping and problem resolution.QualificationsExperience in hydroponics cultivation (personal or/and commercial); Bilingual French and English; Courtesy and positive attitude; Experience in asimilar sales role.
