Our team is looking for a forward thinking, motivated and energetic Head of Traffic Acquisition with an exceptional sense of leadership.

We are building the next generation of smart monetization solutions for smart consumers. As the Head of the Traffic Monetization, you are the champion of product features we build and become an expert in the consumer monetization market and its products. You will be expected to show us and deliver the best practices, best avenue for our Traffic to make it grow fast!

  • Lead external link-building efforts, as well as coordinate campaign concepts and execution
  • Lead & manage online marketing activities to increase revenue and (PPC, SEO, SEM, Re-targeting, Affiliate Marketing & display advertisement);
  • Lead acquisition strategies across multiple publishers
  • Manage positive business relationships with advertisers and agencies;
  • Manage relationship with both advertising agency and affiliate agency;
  • Negotiate all media contracts and ensure maximum ROI;
  • Grow traffic through channels optimizing all accounts
  • Analyze campaign objectives vs. performance data, and identify strategies for maximizing ROI;
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team and any other department to support new projects and initiatives;
  • Communicate with partners on a daily basis and identify opportunities to drive revenues & profitability
  • Gathering leads and acquiring new accounts (Publishers and Advertisers)
  • Day-to-day management of online accounts
  • Create and execute marketing plan and budget
  • Revise, strategize and improve website content and lead funnels
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns
  • Build and monitor Display Ad campaigns
  • Devise and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and landing page performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Negotiate online advertising deals, translate company business standards
  • Responsible to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Monitor statistics of advertiser’s performance
  • Meet pre-established sales objectives
  • Support sales strategy by assessing publisher traffic profiles
  • Identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint high value optimization opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance
  • Reporting activities and KPI analysis
  • Deliver the extraordinary, every time


  • Energetic and driven by nature, self-motivated, appetite for results and ownership 
  • Ability to work as part of a team – strong Leadership 
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels Excellent written English skills 
  • Proven track record of increasing sitewide organic traffic, specifically through the implementation of marketing campaigns and on-site SEO optimization 
  • Experience successfully implementing and tracking a variety of on-page tests and optimization projects 
  • Exceptional task management skills and an acute eye for detail 
  • Independent, proactive individual 
  • Sales experience in affiliate marketing from 2+years (ads, dating, binary options, forex etc.) Experience working with mobile and desktop traffic. 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-task environment with limited supervision
