YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES eCommerce B2C PA&A strategy Watch consumers and competitors trends on the Parts, Accessories and apparel market Understand market dynamics, consumer expectations and product specificities Defines the vision, ambitions, roadmap and overall eCommerce B2C strategy for BRP Parts, Accessories and Apparel product lines Oversee, and continuous improvement of the eCommerce operations Traffic management : SEO, paid search, social, email marketing… UX / UI, Merchandising, Conversion rate optimization Content marketing Checkout optimization Fulfillment Loyalty Lead monthly business reviews with the 4 brands (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can On Road, Can AM off road) Marketplace Accompany the business team in the definition and the roll out of the marketplace strategy Roll out marketing strategies on Amazon, maximizing revenue and ROI Technology and platform Build and oversee the eCommerce roadmap, from a business and technological point of view Work closely with the Digital Technology team to deliver new features and improvements Manage and work closely with external partners (agencies, technology providers) and build long lasting relationships Team Management Manage a fast paced growing team Oversee E-comm specialists across all digital Factory teams in a matrix approach Set up and improve processes, ways of working Reporting and analytics Defines relevant KPIs to manage eCommerce B2C operations track performance on an ongoing basis, report to internal stakeholders and build actions plans to improve performance and ROI Digital Transformation Share eCommerce best practices and act as a thought leader to all internal stakeholders YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Deep understanding of Martech, traffic acquisition, CRO and eCommerce best practices Proven track record of 10 years of eCommerce experience.

Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

French and English Experience with Magento EE and Akeneo a plus
