Join us if you care to make a difference in healthcare.Job DescriptionPurpose The Director of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market contributes to Intelerad’s success and growth by planning and executing product marketing and go-to-market strategies, defining and developing third-party partnerships go-to-market strategies, enabling the marketing communications and brand development team, and equipping and supporting the salesforce.

To achieve this, the Director of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market will lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, Go-to-market and Demand Generation Specialists.

The Director of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Services, Product Management and Finance.

Externally, the Director of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market will form strategic relationships with Market analysts, customers and prospects, channels and third-party partners.

This role reports to the Vice-President of Marketing and is based out of Montreal.

Accountabilities Strategic Marketing Gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities and trendsPerform competitive analyses including business models, features, positioning, market share, and priceDevelop business cases to assess the quantitative and qualitative value of pursuing new strategic projectsThird-party partnership strategiesDevelop, maintain, and refine go-to-market strategies and models Product Marketing Management Lead definition of product positioning strategies (target markets and customers, key value propositions, and messaging) for the entire Intelerad portfolioResponsible for all product marketing content delivery and accuracyFoster collaboration of the team on external communication campaigns with external communications and brand development teamResponsible for successful product launchesOversee regular monitoring of market intelligence and client advisory programs Sales Enablement and Demand Generation Responsible for go-to-market strategy execution including targeted sales campaigns to accelerate adoption of new offeringsDefine and manage channel partner relationships related to go-to-market Team and Organization Leadership Provide leadership to the product marketing and go-to-market teamSet team and individual objectives in line with Intelerad’s strategic imperativesTranslate strategic alignments into objectives and operational plans and ensure that the structures, systems and people required for their implementation are in placeCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Services, R&D, Finance, etc.
