Do you have international B2B brand marketing expertise in a technology company?

Join the Alithya team We are looking for a dynamic person who wants to: Manage and evolve a B2B brand and increase awareness; Understand and promote the company’s professional services; Monitor the competition and propose strategies and best practices in brand and digital marketing; Ensure standardization of brand usage globally through monitoring and training; Create and maintain brand templates and tools, and make them available to stakeholders; Support recruitment efforts and other corporate initiatives with advertising campaigns or other means; Integrate the brand of new companies following our mergers and acquisitions; Manage a portfolio of intellectual property (products and services); Manage the digital strategy and website to help the international operational marketing teams generate business opportunities; Influence through innovative strategies; Manage a team and external partners.

You will report to the Vice President, Communications and Marketing and will fulfil the following responsibilities: Play a key role in business strategies and the development of annual visibility plans to increase awareness; Assert your leadership to motivate and mobilize the corporate team to take the digital turn in order to optimize the internal and external customer experience; Help build and increase the credibility of the corporate communications and brand marketing team; Develop marketing strategies to ensure brand awareness; Increase awareness of the company via all the networks on the various channels; Ensure the management of the objectives of advertising campaigns or others; Motivate and coach team members.

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline; Eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant marketing experience with team management; Strong marketing experience in a B2B context in the technology or consulting field; Experience in international companies (United States, Europe and other); Recognized for expertise in B2B brand management and evolution, and digital marketing; Skilled in Microsoft Office, HubSpot (or other CMS) and page layout software (e.g.

Photoshop); Well-developed leadership and political acumen; Resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship); Team player and customer oriented; Creativity and innovative spirit; Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; Bilingualism French/English is required.
