Your role
• Manage operational monitoring activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
• Lead a team of analysts, provide tailored coaching focused on managing analysis files by sharing advice, orientations, positions, guidelines, and necessary support regarding the analysis of money laundering and terrorist financing indicators (ML/TF)
• Continuously anticipate issues, develop innovative solutions to minimize risks and enhance control mechanisms
• Act as an active leader in evolution and transformation by working closely with other Compliance sectors in developing modeling, technological improvement, and processes that enable rigorous and proactive risk management related to FCM
• Participate in the development and evolution of processes to improve their efficiency
• Validate the operational workflow and ensure that procedures are up to date and followed by all employees and stay abreast of best practices in risk management (ML/TF)
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of practices with regulatory requirements

Prerequisites
• University degree in a relevant field and 6 years of experience, or a master's degree and 4 years of experience
• Experience in team management and coaching
• Leadership skills and expertise in change management
• Ability to influence, mobilize, and evolve in a transforming environment
• Demonstrate autonomy, openness, transparency, initiative, and creativity
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and solutions for individuals and businesses
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to ML/TF
