The Director, Brand Marketing is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programs for the brand and all its restaurants.

The ideal candidate oversees the work of the marketing team and agency support and delivers outstanding results quarter after quarter Responsibilities.

Create and execute all marketing programs & initiatives, including:.

Developing briefs and delivering them to necessary contributors.

Gaining the alignment of key internal stakeholders.

Working with key partners (creative agencies, printers), marketing team to define, implement and execute tactics and initiatives.

Ensuring that all programming, activities, and materials are consistent with brand positioning.

Analyzing results and developing recommendations for new initiatives and promotions.

Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.

Stay informed on marketing trends to ensure efforts remain current, targeted, and effective.

Provide support, structure, and leadership to the marketing team.

Qualifications.

5 years of marketing experience.

Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field.

Thorough understanding of agency and production processes.

Experience managing marketing programs, driving both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

A strategic thinker who can execute strategy well in a performance-based culture.

Strong interpersonal and management skills.

Team leader with a collaborative approach.

Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.

A great sense of humour.

Ability to travel as required (25%).
