Digital Project Manager (AdTech Operations)

*Please note: This position will be temporarily working from home. Post Covid you could work in the Montreal office or 100% remote however must live in the Montreal area in order to come to the office at times.

To effectively support this dynamic, growing company, the Operations team wishes to a hire Project Manager who is both a strong collaborator and possesses a solutions-oriented mindset.

This high impact role is an incredibly exciting growth and development opportunity for the successful candidate who will be partnering across the company to support bringing key projects to successful closure.

Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

1. Assisting the Director of Operations in the management and execution of projects (business processes, geo-expansion projects, product requirements, audits, communications)

2. Defining, planning, monitoring execution and closing of projects

3. Working directly with cross functional stakeholders around the globe in scoping, needs analyses, business specifications formalization, planning, preparing the scope of work, executing and reporting

4. Ensuring the control of projects by working with the Director of Operations on dealing with priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and changes

Qualifications:

A university degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field

5-8 years of experience in full cycle project management and business analysis

Experience working with cross functional teams

Demonstrated experience in managing digital projects

Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver according to objectives, scope, on time and on budget

Experience with being a liaison between internal teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
