In this role you will be responsible for four key areas:Off and On Page (including mobile and local) Search engine optimizationContent research, ideation and content management and optimization in collaboration with the Content Specialist on the teamCommunity management Affiliate partnership co-ordinationWhat you will be doing:Perform Keyword & Competitor Research to discover content ideas help drive organic traffic.

Monitor the Google search consoles and the web page performance as well as the vital website statsConduct monthly site audit to ensure there are no broken links or any other crawl issues etc.

Recommend & Implement Link Buildingstrategies to acquire high-quality backlinks to build domain & page authority.

Work with the IT team for technical aspects of SEO such as Accessibility, Structured Data & Page Speed, etc., and to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codeWork with the Content team to ensure all content developed & published is optimized for SEOLead content and idea research for blogs, graphics, campaigns, email content oAssist in coordination with agency partners and writers to ensure content being developed for blogs, campaigns and email content is relevant and SEO friendly oAssist in the content strategy, planning and calendar development to ensure its SEO relevantManage online reputation of the brand by deploying review campaigns, link building strategies and sentiment analysis.Assist with discovering new affiliate partnerships for monetization through Email/Social Media/Sponsored posts, etc.Keep up-to-date and adhere to SEO & Digital Marketing best practices, including usability, design/copywriting, privacy, and legislative policies.Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) of SEO to share impact of organic traffic as compared to Paid Search spend, and other metrics.Assist in creating responses for any communication received on CST’s review pages and/or social media and work with the relevant teams to get back to the user within 24hr.What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field3 years of work experience in a SEO Specialist role and content planningStrong project management and time management skillsDemonstrated history in growth of organic search metricsStrong knowledge of SEO best practices, ranking factors and Google Algorithm updatesExperience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, etc.Fully conversant with PC MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS codingStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to learn quickly in a dynamic and evolving workplaceSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeFlexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesProactive, takes initiative, and has great ability to multitaskIt would be great if you also have:Google Analytics CertificationGoogle Search Console CertificationFrench proficiencyExperience optimizing SPAs for SEOWhat’s in it for you?Be part of a growing innovative company that’s a leader in the industryWork with a highly motivated, collaborative, and fun teamOrganization and team celebration eventsGreat vacation plan, Wellness program, Employee and Family Assistance program, Employee Recognition program and much more To apply, please email your resume to: careerscst.org with “Digital Marketing Coordinator (Contract)” in the subject line.CST is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
