As a Google Premium Partner and Facebook Marketing Partner, Yellow Pages is a leader in digital marketing for companies across Canada.

As a Brand Manager you will be responsible to executes various tactics within the overall communications plan in order to change perception and behaviors towards the Yellow Pages brand and to support business growth.

You will be responsible for managing day to day operations and projects with various suppliers and partners according to deadlines and budget.

Responsibilities: Developing and executing communications strategies in order to deliver results against business goals of rejuvenating and expanding the brand.

• Managing development and execution of B2C advertising activities (billboards, radio, TV, online, social media, contests, etc.).

• Support the B2B communications team in demonstrating the value of our solutions to advertisers through engaging and innovative content
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and maximum impact in final creative.

• Keeping track of results to adjust strategies
• Supervise use of YP brand according to branding guidelines (print, online, mobile) Managing copywriting and content development
• Writing briefs, video scripts, emails, reports and various documents
• Supervising content production (including videos) and publication for B2C and B2B communications
• Proactively improve content format and layout based on existing performance and trends
• Provide support to internal communications team to promote Marketing Communication activities within the company Managing relationships with suppliers and internal groups
• Leading projects and ad campaigns with agencies and production houses
• Coordinating communications and marketing activities with Sales, Go-To-Market and internal communications.

Managing part of the communications budget
• Maximizing the impact of each communication dollar by negotiating best rates at all time.

• Accuracy in budgeting, tracking of billing and expenses in order maximize impact of activity while coming in on budget.

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Technical skills Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Commerce.

At least 3 years related experience preferably with advertising agency or communications background specifically with creative development and project management experience.

Soft Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.

Experience with a digital brand or product.

Good knowledge of digital marketing (online and mobile), including the use of social media.

Proven project manager.

Strong people skills in order to build team dynamics.

Strong written and communication skills with the ability to create effective messaging.

Excellent proof reading skills to ensure quality control.

Strong computer skills (MS office).

A broad knowledge of marketing disciplines, including media placement.

A creative and innovative mind generating new ideas.

Action and detail oriented.

Perfectly bilingual (English and French).

A personable and professional attitude.
