We are currently seeking a professional & dynamic Program Managerto support Entertainment Creation Products group, based in our Montreal office.

Under the leadership of the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will coordinate activities for the broader team and facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.

The role requires a strategic thinker, a team player, and a solution-driven individual, who is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.ResponsibilitiesDefine program/project resource plan, including internal and contract resourcesManage program/project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parametersTranslate purpose and vision into clear goals for the team.

Make sure every team member is on board and moving in the right directionProactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigationsRecruit external partners and manage new partner applications and contract renewal processEffectively lead and manage internal and external program/project resourcesMaintain open communication among program/project team members and lead program/project review meetingsSupport team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships.

Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances.
