Assistant manager global operational audits


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted August 13, 2019.

Description Reporting to the Head, Ground Operations Audits, the incumbent will provide services to audit programs’ customers and, specifically to ISAGO Auditors, Airlines, Ground Service Providers, and ISAGO Agents.

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational, business and customer support to the ground operations audit programs, primarily the ISAGO audit program, including the ISAGO audit management system, the ISAGO Agents, and the ISAGO Registry and the audit report sharing platform.

Provide assistance to the Managers responsible for the development of the audit program’s requirements and auditing standards.

Provide assistance to the Manager responsible for the management and development of the CoPA (IATA Charter of Professional Auditors).

Develop and maintain business and performance analysis and reporting systems for the audit program processes and procedures and produce reports for internal and external distribution.

Participate in and provide support to related industry groups and events as may be required.

Deliver training and workshops required to internal and external, international, audiences.

Develop and maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

Contribute to the implementation of digital transformation.Liaison with other IATA business units as required.

Qualifications and Skills University level education.Minimum of 3 years work experience in IT (database development) and data management (statistical and business analysis).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (including Access and SharePoint).Ability to prepare written reports and confidence to make presentations.Fluent in both written and spoken English (other languages would be an assetHoned interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.Ability to demonstrate responsibility towards customer satisfaction.Demonstrable creative thinking and proactive working.
