Zone is looking for an assistant manager for one of their Montreal store.


Summary: With the manager, the assistant-manager is the captain of the store. Inspiring, organized and proactive, he supervises both sales, visual and back store teams, making sure that they reach their own goals. The magic of the product along with an excellent customer service is his number one goal. As a leader and a good communicator, he helps his team develop their abilities to surpass themselves. He is comfortable making decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising the company’s goal and constraint.

He leads by example with his customer service. Outgoing and good at human relations, he creates a special relationship with his customers. An excellent salesperson, he actively contributes in optimizing in-store sales. He aims for excellence.


• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals

• Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level

• Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and all services within the company; act as the secondary liaison for corporate communications

• Represent the Zone image through personal and professional appearance

• Having a global vision of the activities and coordinate them


The ideal candidate is outgoing, joyful, positive, and has a strong interest in interior design and objects. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and adapts easily to different personalities. He stands out as a salesperson and transfers his positive energy to his customers and his colleagues. He accomplishes different tasks diligently and is result driven.
