Your role Oversee all Front Desk Agents when Front Desk Manager is absent and handle any guest relation issues when neededParticipate in team training sessions and determine areas of opportunityAssist Front Desk Manager in organizing, management and coordination with other departmentsEnsure hygiene and safety of personnel and guests at all timesCoordinate groups and events preparationCheck in/out guests and tour the roomsLead by example and answer any questions the Front Desk team may haveCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when neededRun reports each month and provide service recommendations to management teamAssist Front Desk Management in team evaluations and determining promotions Your Profil Previous experience working at the Front Desk of a hotel/resortAny relevant supervisory or managerial experienceDegree in hospitality management preferredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsOther spoken language a plus The All-inclusive Career Compensation package includes: Round trip airfare coveredRoom & board providedFull access to all resort amenitiesCompetitive salary and healthcare package
