It delivers infrastructure services to our BIS (Business Information System) customers world wide.The Americas Hub team within GIO is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all GIO services to its customers across all the Americas (through the 3 Clusters North America, Latin America, Institutegas) and their respective entities, encompassing more than 25,000 employees.Within the GIO entity, the Business Partner & PMO Service Line is theinitial point of contact for BIS customers seeking GIO service offerings.

This Service Line is an owner of the client relationship for Service offers roadmap.

The activities provided include Demand Management, Project Management, Merger and Integrations Projects Management.Within this team the Project Manager will manage all aspects of large scale/complex infrastructure projects and their transition to operations (run Organizatione).

These projects will involve any single or multiple infrastructure components, like Network, Cloud/Data Center technologies, Computing, Security, End User Digital Workplace.The Project Manager will report to the Business Partner & PMO Hub Manager in the Americas.The Project Manager will be part of an extended team of Company/PMO team located in the various with contribution expected related with sharing common practices and governance internally and with Customers.ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will manage the delivery of projects from project initiation through the transition to operations on time and within budget.Demand AssessmentSupports the demand management decision process through the creation of project charters.Conduct feasibility studies with Solution Architects within the different Services LinesHelp assessing the impact in terms of cost, capacity, contingency, infrastructure and evaluate the level of risk, needed budgets and the resulting IT Value (ROI, IRR)Competencies and ProfileWork PlanningLead efforts to transform demands/needs into new projects.Define the structure, scope, and direction of efforts around work plans, schedules, cost estimates, resourcing required to successfully deliver the project.Design and lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standardsSupport the development of project business cases and steward the proposed project through governance for sign-off to proceedManage internal and external (vendor) resources within a globally distributed environment.Manage the vendor selection and negotiation process; approve vendor deliverables and payments.Delivering and Project MonitoringDirect the project delivery through active leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality requirements.Monitor and control execution of project though analyze, design, build, test and release phases.Identify and anticipate risks and issues facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation to senior management.Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and appropriately stored.Manage suppliers supporting project delivery.Provide direction and support to the project team.Manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution with all stakeholders.Serve as the interface between project teams and customers to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders.Monitor and communicate status and progress to stakeholders.

Communicate and incorporate feedback from customers.Ensure that project delivery complies with regulations and company policies.Publish and communicate reporting to management.Design and lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standards.Additional informationEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience).General Requirements7 years experience in IT3 years experience in two of the three areas Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.Fluency in English mandatory in a multicultural environment.

French or Spanish is a Plus.Knowledge and know-how specific to the positionStrong knowledge of his/her customers (business, culture, needs).Good knowledge of ITIL.Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability .Ability to build commercial proposals and associated SLAs.Technical background, good grasp of IT Infrastructure solutions (Networking, Data/Cloud, Computing, etc, …).Ability to challenge the efficiency of a technical solution.Demonstrated experience in hands-on project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, financial Organizationeling, reporting, project control procedures, etc.).Proficiency including hands-on for GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as Microsoft Excel.Experience with ITSM, preferably ServiceNow.Experience with Project Methodology (Six Sigma, Agile, etc, …) is a Plus.
