Description of responsibilities:

Create activities for the province of Quebec

Choose and train your team

Contact and provide services for potential and existing clients

Create and maintain a relationship with the client

Look into the needs in order to help the development and renewal of the retail trade

Interacting with many entities: municipalities, real estate brokers, malls, etc.

Organize the workload according to set goals

Follow the set performance guides

Salary: 75,000$ to 110,000$ – based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will:

DCS or a Bachelor’s degree in business management or others related to the position

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and real estate

Great ability to attract new companies and expand the clientele by finding new opportunities

Experience related to the position

Bilingual – required (spoken and written)

  • Education level: College
  • Work experience (years): 6-9 years


Salary: 75000-110000$ per year
