If you are a driven product marketer and are looking to create, launch and strategically market new and existing products, then this is the job for you!We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our growing and dynamic team of marketers.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based marketing and are looking to master your craft and strive to optimize and grow a portfolio of products.

You are seasoned at agile product management (eg: backlog grooming, sprint planning, jira).

You are comfortable collaborating with our marketing, UX, traffic, content and development teams to strategically launch, position and build our products.

You can gather, analyze and utilize user data to evaluate user intent, optimize your funnels and to ensure your sites are delivering the best possible product(s) to the ideal user.Working ConditionsYou must be comfortable working in the adult entertainment industry and being exposed to explicit content.ResponsibilitiesDrive & define the strategy, development, delivery and optimization of digital web propertiesDefine, analyze and measure of core product KPIsAct as the product owner both inside the company and in the industryBuild requirements and work with designers, developers and content teamsProject manage your initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders and teams for on time and on spec deliveryCreate your backlog of tickets, groom your stories and plan your product sprintsUnderstand customer needs and anticipate customer expectations to develop engaging and profitable digital productsPrioritize digital product initiatives and transform product requirements into productsManage, optimize and maximize the revenue streams of the sitesDevelop detailed plans to monitor and track project progressCollaborate with designers, UX specialists, traffic buyers and other team members to ensure your product is of the highest standardsCollaborate designers/developers to always improve KPIs through A/B testingMonitor market trends, analyze competitive products and activitiesEducation & SkillsA minimum of 5 years experience managing and growing web propertiesStrong understanding and related experience of agile methodologies & JIRA; backlog grooming, sprint planning, & retrospectivesExperience in at least 3 of the following: affiliate marketing, website management, a/b optimization testing, business analysis and/or web analyticsExperience collaborating with different resources, designers, developers, traffic buyers, etc.An analytical mindset with proven Google Analytics expertise; ability to use web analytics to analyze performance and build and execute your planSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics)Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practicesFamiliarity with SEO best practicesBusiness savvy with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Resourceful, proactive and creative problem solverAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPassion for web technology and online marketingStrong project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic understanding of HTML is an asset
