In 2021, we’re expanding across Canada and we will be hiring across all teams to support our growth.We are looking for amazing Business Development Representatives to join our e-commerce logistics division to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships.

You’ll be directly responsible to find new opportunities and qualify all inbound leads.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service.

We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal is to identify and close leads and turn them into opportunities.Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities; Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling; Identify client needs through assessing their current fulfillment methods and use judgment and processes to determine if they are a fit for our business model; Schedule demoswith potential merchants and Account Executives; Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services; Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Other duties/projects as assigned Requirements 2+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role; Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls); Track record of achieving sales quotas; Relentless persistence in the face of daily rejection and delays from potential merchants; Comfortable ina competitive environment, with evidence of personal ambition; Experience with CRM software (e.G.

Salesforce); Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts); An aptitude for research and understanding data Understanding of sales performance metrics; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to deliver engaging presentations; BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
