Sales Representative

LSAV Inc. is a specialized lighting manufacturer of LED technology. Created in 2008, LSAV Inc. is your specialist solution for any lighting projects! Our company is growing and we are looking for an autonomous, organized and passionate individual to join a dynamic team! Located in Quebec City, LSAV is currently looking for an Account Manager for its BOREALUX Division in the Greater Montreal region.

The company has existed for 10 years and consists of two divisions:

1. Borealux: residential and commercial;

2. LED lighting LSAV Technologies: special projects (still in the field of light) and architectural projects, including the Crystal framework.


In connection with the President and in cooperation with the Director of Business Development, the Account Manager will perform all of the following duties:

· Through research and analysis, identify opportunities for development to build its main customer base in assigned territory;

· Build trust and retain customers;

· Focus on objectives;

· Evaluate the needs and resources of the client, then recommend the appropriate products;

· Collect, transmit market data and route reports on a weekly basis;

· Promote the company’s products to customers at different events;

· Complete presentations and training sessions;

· Attend weekly sales meetings;

· Ensure after-sales follow-up and resolve inappropriate situations;

· Provide technical support to clients by providing ongoing support;

· Evaluate and establish conditions of sale, warranties and delivery dates;

· Send orders, prices and customer requirements to the head of the department.


· Experience in the lighting industry with the market of engineers and architects (5 years);

· Must reside in the area, Montreal and its surroundings;

· Essential bilingualism;

· Must possess a car and a valid driver’s license;

· Have a sense of organization, be autonomous and responsible;

· Be able to manage your time well;

· Be persuasive and able to influence;

· Knowledge of CRM use an asset
