Sales Operations Manager

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted January 11, 2019.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be the sales process and Salesforce champion within our organization. You will work in close collaboration with our sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.

You will autonomously act as our internal Salesforce system administrator and handle customized development, implementation, and updates to the platform. You will also support our sales team through coaching and training. This position calls for a passionate collaborator and team motivator who thrives on improving processes, sharing best practices, and leveraging CRM data for business decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales operations
  • Configure Salesforce functionalities to optimize business processes
  • Autonomously perform development, testing and implementation; create documentation; and carry out updates related to Salesforce and system administration
  • Implement new enhancements including the creation of custom workflows and dashboards, as well as integration with other business systems (including Hubspot/Marketo and ERP)
  • Develop, generate and maintain management reportsUphold multiple user roles; handle security, profiles, and workflow rules
  • Develop and maintain training material for Salesforce and other business processes
  • Conduct training sessions with the Sales team on a regular basis, and provide coaching as required
  • Drive our growth and enhance strategy and operations across our sales team
  • Positively impact the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing sales support tools (programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and client communication tools)
  • Provide first-level support to internal users for Salesforce
  • Manage an External Consultant as required

General Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • 1 year of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator (Sales Cloud)
  • Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written) is a must
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Solid experience in leading program training sessions as well as motivating and coaching team members
  • Outstanding written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in a similar role with a B2B company is an asset
