Our client is currently looking for a Sales Assistant. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Vice-President, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for market orders planning and fulfilling. The Sales Assistant will provide quality and professional support in their daily tasks, following up with customers and suppliers, maintaining good relationships and developing new business. They will be responsible for processing orders by handling them in an accurate and timely period, reconciling claims coming from Agents/Customers in an effective and efficient way and assuming a leadership role.

Market orders planning and fulfilling;
Requests freight rate and competitive freight findings for the designated Markets;
Update orders and dispatch;
Provides pricing for designated markets;
Provides report on demand;
Assists other team sales staff and Office staff if needed;
Claims handling after Outbound prepared files;
Requests and follows up on prebookings with the team;
Attaches all relevant documents and pictures to the claim settlements;
Makes follow ups for the wire transfers;
Sends wire transfer copies to the respective Agents/Customers;
Sends discrepancies to the concerned departments and makes follow ups for all adjustments;
Dispatches commission invoices and wires copy to Agents;
Provides relevant details to Agents for non-paid commission;
Enters contracts in the CRM under respective Sales orders and prepares complete files (PO, SO and Bookings) before dispatching to the team;
Provides quality support to internal and external customers/suppliers;
Prepares and sends samples to Agents/customers and coordinates with the person in charge by providing appropriate documents.
Sends shipment schedules when requested;
Connects with other departments to provide the most suitable service to each customer’s needs, cost and time restraints;
Guides Outbounds to respond to customer’s queries by email and telephone in a calm and friendly manner;
Prepares offers for future deals to Sales reps/Agents;
Sends offers to Sales Reps/Agents by making sure all necessary details are attached;
Dispatches customer requests to appropriate channels when required;
Provides Logistic team with requested rates;
Prepares weekly shipping reports.
All other related duties assigned for this job;


Must be fluent in English and bilingual;
Possess good communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Must be well organized and possess high level administration skills;
Possess good customer service skills;
Must have at least 2 years experience in a previous sales environment;
Must be proficient in Microsoft office, CRM Dynamics;
Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines;
Must adhere to company values.
