Requirements/skills required Be passionate about sales and have the demonstrated ability to generate your own sales leads; Have a minimum of 2 years of sales work experience; Demonstrate great motivation and determination to achieve your goals;
Understand the need to offer quality service to customers;
Possess excellent skills in generating good sales leads and experience working with customer relationship management systems;
Have demonstrated relationship management and communication skills; Have experience in a team environment; Have work experience in the insurance field, an asset.
