REW.Ca is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in our Vancouver office.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts within our new homes segmentThis person will be an expert in all REW products and services, and be responsible for introducing, educating and selling new marketing opportunities on REW.Ca to developers and agents representing projects.Responsibilities:Contact and qualify leads Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact.

Engage the account and prepare them for the Account Executive.

Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered.

Be the point person for your team’s sales lead qualification process.Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals.

Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and Account Executives.Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.

Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets while documenting and following up on all activities in the company’s CRMSecure new accounts while managing and growing sales revenue of existing key accounts Build and manage a sales pipeline by aggressively prospecting: setting phone appointments, following up with all appointments, calls, and emails and performing marketing and product demonstrations.Keep abreast of current online marketing strategies, methods, and trends, including competitive market and industry trendsBecome a consultative sales specialist with in-depth knowledge of REW’s marketing solutions, together with the capability to communicate how they create a competitive advantage for clients who use themProvide a high level of sales and customer serviceQualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of sales experienceBackground in new home development is helpful but not requiredDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition and managementConfident, competitive, comfortable presenting over the phone in person or on Zoom.Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: social media marketing, online advertising, understanding of SEM/SEO, web content, email marketing, Google Analytics and Google Ads Must have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives.

Energetic, positive, “can-do” attitudeMust be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyExcellent written/verbal communication skillsExperience with a CRM with Salesforce type functionalityPost-Secondary ExperienceThis position provides a base salary target based commissions and a generous benefits package.
