Regional Manager – Healthcare Safety Technology (QC)

Our client is a global leader in the healthcare safety market. With the most innovative products and disposal solutions in the industry and investing years into R&D, this organization has been able to reduce injuries by 80%. While having global presence in the US, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and continuing to expand, we are looking to add a Regional Manager in the Quebec Market.

The role:
The primary responsibility for the Regional Sales Manager is to increase sales in the designated territory through development, support and coaching of Territory Business Managers and Inside Sales Representatives. The Regional Sales Manager will partner with leaders within the healthcare industry through established relationships or by building relationships with hospitals, GPO’s, and medical suppliers.

  • Achieve sales quotas for the region as set by the company, with your collaboration
  • Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the region
  • Utilizes pipeline management (SalesForce) to ensure sales plan is met
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships;
  • Comply with all national and local laws and company policies and procedures associated with marketing and business practices


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Healthcare or related field
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience required and previous experience managing a team of inside and outside sales representatives
  • Must be able to discuss the features, advantages and clinical benefits of all our products and to compare their performance with competitive products
  • Previously experience within the hospital sales environment with specific experience reviewing and responding to RFPs and tenders, as well as experience dealing with Canadian GPOs, such as HealthPro and MedBuy
  • Strong leadership and team building skills leadership skills
