Product Manager–Microsoft

Insight Canada is looking for a Microsoft Partner Business Manager/Product Manager who will work closely with sales, operations, marketing and our partners to build business plans that include the creation and execution of sales enablement, client, digital marketing activities to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote awareness of the Insight value proposition to our partners


  • Develop, execute, manage and continuously update the GTM strategy for the assigned partners recognizing the unique requirements of our business and the demands of the multiple markets/ provinces we serve.
  • Work closely with the vendor channel community and the sales force to create highly demanded solutions for our target markets.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales and services team to assist in closing new business opportunities relative to assigned categories.
  • Measure and present weekly/monthly reporting of sales, margin, supplier reimbursement (SR) and performance of all product marketing campaigns and other product related metrics relative to assigned categories. Including feedback on partners and competitors.
  • Continuously identify systems requirements, categorization needs, process requirements, etc. in support of the overall objectives.
  • Overseeing annual marketing budget and sales reimbursement programs for assigned channel partner



  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Business or any related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry (products and services).
  • Strong communications skills in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience managing relationships at various levels within an organization


  • The ability to build and conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.


  • Must be a numbers driven, supported by timely measurements of performance.
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
