This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted June 2, 2018.



Roles and Responsibilities

The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales as well as all the activities related to this service. His time will be divided between making appointments and collecting business intelligence (80%) and sales support (20%). He must in particular:

  • Conduct prospecting by using all the tools helping to develop and canvassing new customers, especially for IT solutions and services;
  • Conduct research, establish contacts, proceed evaluations and help in the preparation of complete solutions to acquire new restricted markets accounts;
  • Write and/or translate presentation documents and/or proposal;
  • Analyse, identify and capture new business opportunities to maximize sales;
  • Increase the volume of sales according to the objectives set;
  • Obtain market intelligence to perform a competitive analysis;
  • Build a development approach through a needs analysis;
  • Document interactions and keep CRM and customer information up-to-date;
  • Take a training on the company’s sales principles and services.

Required qualifications

The ideal candidate will be recognized for his entrepreneurial side. His creative spirit will allow him to be on the lookout for business opportunities. His determination, his social personality and his analytical spirit will be assets to develop a high-performance prospecting approach. Quick-witted, he will not hesitate to go further than the competitive offer to discover and secure a meeting or a business opportunity. In addition, he will have the following skills:

  • Bilingualism (English/French) both oral and written;
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant experience is an asset;
  • Experience between 1 and 3 years in a similar role;
  • Computer skills, including skills with Microsoft Suite applications;
  • Excellent interpersonal and client skills;
  • Knowledge of business process outsourcing, IT solutions and services, and client management an asset;
  • Experience with a customer management database (CRM) an asset;
  • Ability to achieve goals;
  • Be results oriented;
  • Resourcefulness and team spirit.
