Position: Inside Sales
– Industrial Sector Location: Saint-Laurent Salary: $55K base plus $5K bonus Perks: Excellent benefits, partial remote, opportunity for advancement An industry leading award-winning employer is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator for their Saint-Laurent office.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary plus incentives, full benefits, profit sharing.

The following is an overview of the tasks:
– Responding to incoming calls
– Resolving customer issues and complaints
– Managing price discrepancies
– Meeting delivery requirements
– Providing more information related to product or technical questions
– Ensuring accuracy of the details surrounding the order process
– Keeping management aware of escalated client issues
– Following up with clients on matters requiring ongoing attention
– Providing support to other account coordinators
– Participating to ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
– At least 2-5 years of experience in a customer service order management environment in working with a product
– Excellent oral and written French skills with very good English communication skills
– Good computer skills in MS Office
– Experience with ERP / MRP is considered an asset
