This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted October 23, 2021.

Position summary statement:Support the ” Total Distributor Experience” through excellent and professional customer service to Distributors by taking product orders via walk-in, faxes, e-mails and mail.

In addition to taking orders, Distributor Services representatives are encouraged to up-sell and promote our products, events, Herbalife tools/services, etc.

Must process orders accurately and maintain a courteous and professional manner at all time.

Must be fluent in French and English.

Detailed responsibilities/duties:To place Sales order/ HAP inquiries from walk-in, fax-in, mail-in and e-mail orders.Maintain an accurate filing system for orders.Promote/up-sell products, promotions, events to Distributors.Liaison with Distributors in person at the front desk, by fax, by mail and by e-mail.

This will include answering questions related to the usage and features of our products, marketing plan, events, ordering/payment policies and procedures, etc.Maintain a continuous and solid understanding of our marketing plan, products and events information including any new information in order to provide accurate explanation to our Distributors.Maintain a general knowledge base of customer refunds and re-purchases in order to provide accurate information to our Distributors.Sort and route mail to the appropriate team.Back up for basic Records Processes, handle basic pending inquiries from Call Log, handle basic correspondence from EBP files and R& R.Apply daily cash box procedures, place manual orders when system is not available, maintain accurate records in the DS Services Database for questions and orders, and support Frontline 1 during peak hours/days, as needed.Adhere to the goals, objectives and responsibilities relating to the company’s policies and procedures and for ensuring compliance with all related programs and policies.Carries out all responsibilities with fellow employees, internal and external contacts and with Distributors in a transparent, ethical, professional and safe manner.Perform any other responsibilities as the need arises by management to ensure the success of our operations (and as detailed in the attached department expectations, if applicable)Organizational relationships:Interacts with all levels throughout organization, Management, Representatives & Distributors.Minimum qualifications:Flexibility in hours available to work.

Representative are scheduled based on their availability and the needs of Herbalife.Accurate data entry skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office Pro (Word, Excel).Strong follow through skills a mustAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliability and excellent attendancePositive and professional attitudeAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureMust be able to balance problems in a positive manner and to establish rapport with Distributors while maintaining professionalism.Excellent communication and listening skills in both English and French (verbal and written).Experience:1-2 years prior experience in an office environment or customer serviceEducation:General high school education or equivalent
