JOB TITLE: Sales Representative (Montreal Office)JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for our structural engineering software.As an integral part of a sales team, the Sales Representative works closely with Sales Managers to meet and exceed company sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

The three primary areas of responsibility include:Lead generation and prospecting of new and existing customersSelling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customersMaintaining positive business relationships to ensure future salesLead Generation and Prospecting Activities:Collaborate with Sales Team to determine necessary, strategic sales approaches; Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersCold call new prospects and existing customers using a combination of Telephone, Social Media and Email.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsIdentify decision makers within targeted leads & prospects and update company CRM with calls-to-action notes, dates, contacts, etc.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members (ex.: setting up software demonstrations) and other departmentsTake ownership and resolve customer issues by representing customers’ interests within the company (e.G., resolving a pricing discrepancy, meeting a delivery date, getting an answer to a technical question)Effectively manage customers’ outbound orders through the order process and resolve issues that impede order progressOrganizing attendance to industry events; Webinars, conferences, etc…REQUIREMENTS: Committed to the necessary activities and behavior required to meet sales performance goals; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high volume of contacts with positive results; Strong communication skills (English and French) (written & verbal) to support customer interactions and sales prospecting “cold-calls”; Must be able towork efficiently both independently and part of a team; Must be computer literate: MS Office and contact management software.OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (an asset): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Sales experience in CAD Technologies or with engineering solutions; Knowledge of the engineering design processes.COMPENSATION:
·Base Salary + uncap Incentive
