TROUVÉ is currently looking for Fashion Wholesale Manager for an innovative and creative company based in Montreal that specializes in graphic tees.


As a Fashion Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company’s international sales every season. The t-shirt collection is sold to 400 luxury stores around the world. Your aim will be to answer the following questions: How can we sell to more clients without saturating each global market we are selling to? How can we upsell each of our existing clients, or sell to them more often? What global markets are we not optimizing, and how can we optimize them?

This very demanding role can be very rewarding. It is a huge challenge to understand the nuances in every single international fashion market, and then you will be expected to form strategies to target each market effectively. You are fully accountable for ensuring all of our 400 clients are receiving white glove customer service (you will have a team of assistants, of course), but you are at the same time accountable for reaching new clients and ensuring constant upwards sales growth.


  • Interpret the sales targets and requirements from upper management and form strategies to meet those targets;
  • Run the entire seasonal sales campaign of the company: travel to Paris, Milan, Florence, New York, Vegas and more, ensuring every single one of international clients has an appointment to view the latest fashion collection and take their pre-orders;
  • Manage 4 sales campaigns per year (menswear spring, menswear fall, womenswear spring, womenswear fall);
  • Follow up very closely with each one of the accounts to ensure they place their order on time (with the help of your lovely assistants);
  • Strategize and implement ways to increase each account’s sales volume – Strategize and implement global strategies to increase overall sales;
  • Oversee every aspect of customer service to ensure every account is treated incredibly well, and that we over-deliver on the brand/customer experience level;
  • Design and implement the entire sales flow of products (pre-booking orders, in-season ATS available to sell strategies, discounting strategies, liquidation of stock strategies).
