What you’ll get to do:Develop strong, ongoing relationships that foster loyalty and retention with key client stakeholders and representatives through calls and emailProvide hands-on support through calls and email correspondenceWork closely with various departments including the Integration team, Quality Assurance & Development teams to strive to deliver and support industry-leading solutionsTake initiative and interest with side projects as required or assignedEngage with an active approach to learning Angus AnyWhere® and understanding our industry and the competitive landscapeAdvocate on your client’s behalf throughout Angus, managing their expectationsCoordinate investigations into the system as well as logging information into the systemAnalyze data trends and client feedback to improve process and functionalityWho you are:An upbeat and motivated attitude is a must French proficiency is an asset, but not requiredTechnical skillsets with SQL (database management & queries (reports & querying data) is preferredFamiliar with Quickbase and Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams B2B/SaaS background is an assetYou encompass a well-rounded set of competencies including client focus, professional accountability, and critical thinkingYou are well organized, self-disciplined, have a driven nature, ability to influence and engage internal departments, prioritize work load as required, and are detail oriented to ensure clients are the first priority at all times, consistently providing service with excellence.
