Account Manager

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted April 3, 2018.

OVERVIEW The Account Manager is responsible to manage and deliver customer service to our strategic accounts. This role will also require sales skills has the account Manager will have to meet target to grow the business within these accounts. The Account Manager independently leads the client account planning cycle and ensures to address client needs and expectations are met. The Account Manager reports to either the Director of Operations or the Director of Sales depending on the project.


Leads the account planning, day-to-day account operations, and is the lead contact for the account.Drives growth plans related to account group, including uncovering new opportunities within portfolio.Have daily touch point and Quarterly account review with Tier 1 customer.On-boards new accounts seamlessly into portfolio.Provides reward program recommendations to clients.Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communicationCollaborates with cross-functional teams to champion client needs, time lines, and requirements.Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and support customer service for all refundsProvide friendly and empathetic support to existing clients.


Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline from an accredited institution preferred.Demonstrate a strong business acumen and natural passion for consumers products goods.Excellent client service and program management skills.Ability to manage multiple client priorities and independently resolve issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to work in a team and independently.Strong capacity to adapt to changes in a fast pace environment.
