Chocolats Favoris will be setting up shop in beautiful Montréal (Plateau Mont-Royal) this winter !

Chocolats Favoris is looking for a manager to join the team of Plateau Mont-Royal as we conquer the world of chocolate together!

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong people and management skills, providing leadership and initiative, and passionate about customer service. The manager must be inspirational, motivational and action-oriented on obtaining results and must show rigor and self-reliance.

Main role :

The manager is responsible for the management of human resources, stock/inventory, profitability and financial results of the store. He must supervise the work team and ensure the quality of services provided in order to reach and offer a high-level customer experience. He is responsible for optimizing the performance of his store and to ensure its financial health.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage staff
  • Mobilize and empower the team toward customer experience
  • Plan hiring based on business needs and always maintain an ongoing employee training enviroment
  • Manage human resources, stock/inventory, profitability and financial results of the store according to corporate standards
  • Ensure adherence to the concept and conformity to standards of Chocolats Favoris
  • Monitor the objectives relating to the results of the team and implement necessary measures to achieve and exceed those results Suggest and implement improvements on optomizing organizational work
  • Ensure that quality standards, hygiene, health and store maintenance are understood and Reach out to your local community by sharing our core values

 

 

 

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in management and customer service(food & beverage industry / retail are an asset)
  • Be flexible regarding working hours (day, evening, weekend)
  • Be passionate about customer service
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and leadership
  • Be action oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrate rigor, consistency and self-reliance
  • Computer Skills: Office suite, MaitreD and back office
