POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Jazz Longueuil is currently looking for new dynamic colleagues to complete the team in place. Under the responsibility of the chef, the dishwasher is assigned to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of dishes and kitchen tools.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean the equipment used after each use (pot, pans, stove, etc.)
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment is maintained according to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Wash the dishes after each meal and store them in the appropriate places
