Under the supervision of the Property Manager, you will have to answer customer service calls and make minor repairs in the building.

Your contribution to our collective mission

• Perform various routine maintenance work: touch-ups of paint and plastering, minor plumbing repairs, ceramic repairs, etc .;
• Carry out repairs to interior and exterior doors as well as hardware (door closer, locks, hinges, etc.);
• Check and change fluorescents and burnt out bulbs;
• Ensure the interior and exterior cleanliness of the building, including snow removal, grounds maintenance and parking; You ensure the proper functioning of the equipment (toilets, taps, doors and emergency exits, etc.);
• Ensure the availability of the materials necessary for carrying out the work; Follow up with the Real Estate Director.

Our ideal colleague

• Professional studies diploma in building maintenance or other relevant training;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
• Excellent customer service (French and English);
• Good physical endurance and ability to work at heights;
• Concern for cleanliness, courtesy and sense of urgency.
