This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted January 6, 2021.

Salary(Grade:NM1) Hiring salary range $81069-$111,470 Position Purpose Plays a major role within the organization as a senior consultant and collaborator who helps develop, implement and manage leasing strategies, financial activities and commercial agreements in compliance with laws, regulations and policies.

As a client relationship leader, provokes, creates and assembles opportunities for the properties and portfolio by sourcing and securing new clients and working with existing tenants to satisfy expansion and renewal requirements.

Essential Qualifications University degree in administration, finance, accounting or related field; Professional accreditation in a related field such as real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal from the Real Property Institute of Canada (RPIC) or Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) would be considered an asset; A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the field of real property or in institutional or municipal real property leasing management.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered; Knowledge of and experience in real estate related activities and leases, lease management, rental fees and municipal assessments and taxes; Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions; Experience using CAPM and CAD software; Experience in financial planning/budgeting and management; Experience analyzing complex financial data, lease documents and market research; Experience interpreting, explaining and applying policies, standards, codes and procedures; Experience and skill in negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal relations and client focused approach to leasing; Ability to analyze and synthesize information, to identify, assess and manage both risks and opportunities; Skilled in writing,editing and presenting various documents, including reports and presentations, for senior management approval; Ability to work well under pressure, embrace change and meet firm deadlines; Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
