Come join the Nestlé Health Science family and experience exciting opportunities POSITION SUMMARY The e-Merchandiser / trader specialist, will be responsible for successfully managing product catalog, visual merchandising and promotional strategy, continuously updating them in line with campaigns and communications across digital channels and regions.

Through the implementation of the merchandising calendar and by updating site contents, the e-Merchandiser focus is to create an engaging and relevant experience for both our existing and future clients.

This person will report directly to the e-Commerce Cluster Lead and D2C hub and work collaboratively with the global eCommerce team (Brand, Sales, Planning, Marketing, Retention, Analytics and Devs) to maximize conversion opportunities plan and execute product strategy to ensure online growth.

This position is open to remote working.

The candidate for the role will be driven by a curiosity to uncover insights from data, bring new ideas to the table on how to optimize our e-Merchandising strategy, and is passionate about building a best-in-class online experience and improving it.

Main focus will be: monitoring and increasing macro and micro conversions, maintain the right balance between customer needs and catalogue management and actively participate in the D2C growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assortment Oversee and support the maintenance of product catalog and product assortment.

Provide data driven recommendation on the assortment (pillars, rest of catalogue and rotations).

Manage regional assortments, ensuring the best quality of contents for the online catalog (i.e., prices, attributes, copies, images, inventory).

Define product calendar with the Product Team and Brand.

Product Responsible for successfully elevating key stories and displaying products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for clients (i.e., PLP sorting, enhanced product tile, CRM activities, Performance Marketing push).

Support stock management with supply chain group (volume, back orders / replenishment, 3PL relationship) Monitor website KPIs to ensure that product is active on the site and appropriately merchandised.

Evaluate placement and productivity based on analytics to maximize daily sales.

Champion A/B testing to continuously improve performance and identify new opportunities Merchandising Work with the Product team to define key product/merchandising stories and business opportunities for the season.

Orchestrate and execute the promotional strategy that will drive recruitment and growth.

Monitor competitors to ensure the best merchandise seasonal offering and pricing strategy.

Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.

Responsible for identifying new creative merchandising activities and for implementing them in cooperation with the eCommerce team (i.e., creation of new editorial pages, shootings, product focus).

Collaborate with the Retention and the Acquisition specialists to develop segmentation strategies and improve personalization at every touchpoint utilizing a test and learn approach to build proof of concept and iterate to maximize engagement and retention Management of merchandising tools and on-site search optimization Reporting Continuous strategic sales analysis to identify meaningful actions.

Define and report out KPI results related to assortment and merchandising updates.

Communicate how the content and product strategy is contributing to business goals.

Complete recaps and reports, providing assessment, identifying opportunities and initiating recommendations/solutions for both existing and developmental programs.

QUALIFICATIONS Background At least 3-5 years of professional experience in eCommerce and/or DTC managing transactional websites and setting merchandising strategies.

B2C experience, CPG / brand-oriented context is a plus International experience (Europe) is a plus Fluent in English and in French (3rd language is a plus) Knowledge Expert in the delivery and optimization of merchandising strategy and online animation for major brands Superior time management and organizational abilities via calendar/task planning to reach deadlines Ability to A/B test, report out on metrics and results, and optimize Knowledge of Magento, Adobe commerce, Salesforce (or similar CMS), Excel and Google Analytics is a must Analytical mindset with the ability to translate user behavior into actions Nice to have : Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS, experience in image edition Soft skills / Interests A passion for e-Commerce, keeping up-to-date with latest trends in the industry.
